
Spring 2009 Half-Marathon Training Group Participants before the race
Do you want to prepare to run or walk/run or walk your first Half-Marathon? Have you run a few half-marathons are want to improve your time? Do you want to meet a new group of folks to run with and help keep you honest in your training?
The Fleet Feet Half-Marathon Training Program is perfect for you. The Half-Marathon training program is a 10-week training program for beginners hoping to run their first half-marathon, for more experienced runners looking to improve their time, and everywhere in between. The Fall 2010 program will prepare you for the Sacramento Cowtown Half-Marathon in Sacramento on Sunday, October 2, 2010.

First Group Workout is Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 8:00am.
Group workouts are Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am for 9 weeks.
All group workouts leave from Fleet Feet Davis.
Registration opens July 10, 2010 at 10am in person at Fleet Feet Sports in Davis or online. Click >>here for a link to online registration (a convenience fee applies).
The cost is $90 per person, and does not include race entry.
A no-obligation information night will be held on Tuesday, July 27th at 7pm at Fleet Feet Sports in Downtown Davis. Ask you questions, meet the coaches, and discover the fun in training with Fleet Feet!
