Meet the Staff

Paige:

Paige has been at Fleet Feet since 2005 while also attending Sacramento City College.  At Fleet Feet, Paige keeps the accessories inventory in line, the shipments in order, and the events in check. She plans to attend Sacramento State University and major in something fabulous (to be announced). When she is not at school or Fleet Feet, she enjoys dominating the competition in triathlons, running and spending time with her puppy, Walker. 

The only Fleet Feet employee to spend a summer on a Wyoming Dude Ranch, Megan has worked at the store since 2001 (with a couple of breaks here and there). She has a BA in Audio Production from Sacramento State, where she was a member of the women’s crew team. Outside of Fleet Feet, Megan enjoys hiking, pilates, cooking, traveling, the local music scene, eating Mexican food, and spending time with her incredibly cool dog, Spud. Her favorite Fleet Feet phrase? You can't hurry fit.

 
Lauren:

Lauren is a Senior Exercise Biology major and Spanish minor at UC Davis, and has worked at Fleet Feet for two and a half years. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading, cooking, and baking (ask about her spinach brownies!). A former NCAA athletic trainer, Lauren plans on being a physical therapist and a strength and conditioning coach.

Linda:

Linda has been at Fleet Feet Davis since 2005, and keeps all things buttoned up in the financial end of the business. But when things get hectic out on the sales floor, she can fit shoes and bras with the best of them. She has two children and two grandchildren, and likes to spend time outside of Fleet Feet hiking or spending time with the family.

 

Chrissie:

Chrissie has worked at Fleet Feet since 2005, and is the apparel buyer for the store. She divides her time between teaching Spanish and P.E., keeping the apparel in check at Fleet Feet, and spending time with her family. She is a mom to four kids (three boys and a girl) and four pets (2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 bird). In her (minimal) spare time she enjoys running, hiking, and kayaking. Chrissie is also a coach for the Fleet Feet training programs.

 
Lauren:

Originally from San Francisco, and a Fleet Feeter since 2007, Lauren is clinical nutrition major at UC Davis. She was a pitcher for the UC Davis Softball team from 2003-2007, and just recently finished up her NCAA eligibility. She runs with Club Fit Davis and in her spare time enjoys playing with puppies and following the Giants and the Forty Niners.

  

Hailing from Suisun, CA Elizabeth joined Fleet Feet Davis in early 2007.  A recent UCD grad in Biological Sciences with an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior, she plans to attend Nursing School. In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys playing soccer, running, watching movies, and spending time with her family friends, and boyfriend. Elizabeth played college soccer for Notre Dame de Namur University before transferring to UCD. She has also broken five bones: tibia, one collar bone (twice), the other collar bone, and her big toe.

Nik:

All the way from Piedmont, Nik joined us in July of 2007. A fifth year sociology major at UCD, Nik enjoys baseball (he was on the UCD Men's Baseball team for four years), movies, and sleeping. Up until he ran out of NCAA eligibility, baseball was Nik's life. He is looking forward to exploring new hobbies, avenues, and life experiences. He also likes the color red (because of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Rafael).

David:
Originally from Walnut Creek, David also joined Fleet Feet in July of 2007. He has a B.S. in exercise biology from UCD, and in his spare time enjoys hiking and nature photography. David will soon be heading off to graduate school to get his M.S. in Exercise and Sport Science.

Heather:
Heather joined the Fleet Feet staff in November of 2007. She is currently attending her seventh university, spends her time outside of school and work wall climbing and giggling. She lists her favorite foods as "licorice, spinach, tofu, olives, oranges, O.J., and milk's favorite cookie...but not all together." Heather also likes grammar and has a cat named DaVinci.

Matt:
Matt has been a Fleet Feet employee since December 2007. A UCD student majoring in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology, Matt is originally from Tulare, CA. Outside of school and work he enjoys running, whitewater rafting, and making and eating pancakes. He also wants to share that his favorite foods are Mexican food and seafood, combine if possible, or as Matt says, "Fish Tacos...mmm..."

Juliana:
Juliana joined the Fleet Feet staff in January of 2008. A sophomore at Davis High School, Juliana likes to spend her time running, sleeping, and meeting new people. Her favorite food is pasta (yum) and she enjoys attending peace rallies.
