Fall Marathon and Half-Marathon Training Groups Begin Saturday, August 3rd

Looking to run a Marathon or Half-Marathon this fall? Train with us! 

The Half-Marathon class is 10 weeks long and will have you in top shape for the Urban Cow set for October 6th or the Nike Women's Half, set for October 20th. 

The Marathon class is 19 weeks long and is perfect for people looking to run in the California International Marathon in Sacramento on December 8th.
