Running For Women invites women of all ages and fitness levels to gradually ease into running, and continue to improve their fitness. The program encourages women to exercise at their own comfortable pace. All runners, new and old, will benefit from the support and motivation of a group. Now you no longer have to be intimidated by running! We have 4 different program levels available, including; beginner, 5k maintenance, intermediate and step it up.
