Running For Women invites women of all ages and fitness levels to gradually ease into running and work to improve their fitness. This program encourages you to exercise at your own comfortable pace. All runners, new and old, will benefit from the support and motivation of a group. Now you no longer have to be intimidated by running! We have 4 different program levels available, including; beginner, 5k maintenance, 10k maintenance, and intermediate.
