Do you want to prepare to run or walk/run or walk your first Half-Marathon? Have you run a few half-marathons are want to improve your time? Do you want to meet a new group of folks to run with and help keep you honest in your training?

The Fleet Feet Half-Marathon Training Program is perfect for you. The Half-Marathon training program is a 9-week training program for beginners hoping to run their first half-marathon, for more experienced runners looking to improve their time, and everywhere in between. The Summer 2010 program will prepare you for the Davisville Moo-nlight Half-Marathon in Davis, CA on Saturday, July 24, 2010.

WORKOUT TIMES AND LOCATION

First Group Workout is Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 8:00am.

Group workouts are Tuesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8am for 9 weeks.

All group workouts leave from Fleet Feet Davis.
