Fleet Feet FITnatics


Our FITnatics training program was so well received last spring that we decided to do again this fall. This is a class focused on WHOLE body fitness to support a healthy and injury-free introduction to running. Classes will meet twice a week with the evening workout dedicated to strength, agility, core, balance, and flexibility drills. The Saturday morning workout will be a long run building up to a 5K or 10K distance. While the class is designed for beginners, we can accommodate more advanced levels of fitness by offering modifications for those participants who need a little extra challenge!

Class options: Either Tuesday or Wednesday at 6pm, plus Saturday morning at 8am.

Cost: $65

Kick-off date: Saturday, July 25th at 8:15am at Fleet Feet Davis

First class: Saturday, August 1st

Final class: Saturday, September 5th
