The Fleet Feet Half-Marathon Training Program is perfect for you. The Half-Marathon training program is a 10-week training program for beginners hoping to run their first half-marathon, for more experienced runners looking to improve their time, and everywhere in between.

*While the official goal races for this half-marathon are the Urban Cow Race and Nike Women's, the training can be used to help you prepare for a number of other fall half-marathons, or just help you to maintain your fitness. Not sure if the program is right for you? Just ask us!
First Group Workout: Saturday, August 4th at 8:00 am
Group Workouts are Wednesdays at 6pm (shorter workouts focusing on speed and form) and Saturdays at 8:00am (the long run) for 10 weeks.
Workouts leave from Fleet Feet Sports in Downtown Davis or other locations around town as announced by coaches.
Registration opens in the store on July 18th or on-line via signmeup.com (a convenience fee applies).
A no-obligation information night will be held on July 18, 2012 at 7pm.
