Train for a full marathon with Fleet Feet Davis!

Do you want to run a marathon? Have you run a few half-marathons are want to increase your distance? Do you want to meet a new group of folks to run with and help keep you honest in your training?

The Fleet Feet Marathon Training Program is perfect for you. This 10-week training program builds off of our fall half-marathon program, and continues training beginning in October for the California International Marathon in Sacramento in December. If you are just joining us for marathon training and did not complete the half-marathon training program with us, you should be running 15 to 20 miles a week and be able to comfortably complete long runs of 10-12 miles.

GOAL RACE*

The California International Marathon* in Sacramento, CA on Sunday, December 8, 2013.

*While the official goal race for this marathon is the California International Marathon, the training can be used to help you prepare for a number of other December marathons, or just help you to maintain your fitness. Not sure if the program is right for you? Just ask us! 

WORKOUT TIMES AND LOCATION

The 18 week training program begins class on August 3rd. Classes will be held Saturdays at 8:00 am and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm.
