The Fleet Feet Half-Marathon Training Program is perfect for you. The Half-Marathon training program is an 10-week training program for beginners hoping to run their first half-marathon, for more experienced runners looking to improve their time, and everywhere in between.

First group workout is Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 8:00am.
Group workouts are Wednesdays at 6pm (shorter workouts focused on speed and form) and Saturdays at 8am (the long run) for 10 weeks.
All workouts leave from Fleet Feet Davis.
Registration opens November 7, 2011 at 10am in person at Fleet Feet Sports in Davis and on-line at signmeup.com (a convenience fee applies).
