Turkey Trot Training

Fleet Feet training programs are designed for people who are interested in beginning a running program as well as runners looking to improve their time from a previous event. Programs are 10 weeks and are designed to get you to the finish line happy, healthy, and injury free.

Train for the Davis Turkey Trot 5K or 10K. The 5K program is appropriate for people who have never run, and are looking to begin a running or walking fitness program. The 10K program is appropriate for current beginning runners looking to complete their first 10K run or improve their time from a previous event!

  • 5K and 10k training: will begin on Saturday, September 17, 2011 and the group will meet every Wednesday at 6:00pm and Saturday at 8:00am for 10 weeks. All workouts leave from Fleet Feet Sports in Downtown Davis


A $75 registration fee will cover all aspects of the program. The registration fee does not include the cost of the race.


An informational session will be held at Fleet Feet Sports on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 7:00pm.
