Spring Maintenance Groups

Are you interested in maintaining your current fitness level between training for races? We are offering a 6 week program to keep you moving this spring! We have options for all fitness levels. This is a great way to stay motivated and keep active with your fitness friends!

MARCH 22-APRIL 28 (6 weeks)

  • NoBo I/II morning (5k/10k Maintenance) - $65

Mondays/Wednesdays 9:00am

  • NoBo I/II evening (5k/10k Maintenance) - $65

Tuesdays 6:00pm/Saturdays 8:00am

  • Lovin’ the Long Run (Half Marathon Maintenance) - $85

Tuesdays 6:00pm/Saturdays 8:00am

Registration will be open beginning February 22nd; you can sign up in-store or online
