Fleet Feet Sports is proud to offer training programs for runners, run/walkers and walkers - from beginners to more experienced athletes. We have something for everyone, so take a minute to scroll through our list of programs.

Beginning running groups are held throughout the year. The classes meet for coached groups workout twice per week and last 10-14 weeks depending on the program. Click the links below for more information.

  • Fleet Feet FITnatics: 6 week beginner training class that focuses on whole body wellness for healthy running.

  • No Boundaries: 10-week training programs for beginners looking to run their first 5K or 10K.

We offer both No Boundaries (NoBo) I and Nobo II.  The Nobo I class is designed with beginners in mind who have a goal of completing a 5K race.    NoBo II is ideal for anyone who has completed NoBo I or who has a goal of running a 10k race.


We train for a variety of races and distances throughout the year. The programs meet for coached group workouts twice per week and last 10-weeks. Click the links below for information on our upcoming training groups.

The Golden Valley Harriers

A RRCA member running club that meets at Fleet Feet Davis three times a week for group workouts (appropriate for front half of the pack runners to local elites who train to race competitively and often. Average Training Pace: 6:00 to 8:00 minutes/mile).
