Fleet Feet Sports is proud to offer training programs for runners, run/walkers and walkers - from beginners to more experienced athletes. We have something for everyone, so take a minute to scroll through our list of programs.

PROGRAM OFFERINGS 


BEGINNER'S FITNESS AND 5K/10K PROGRAMS

Beginning running groups are held throughout the year. The classes meet for coached groups workout twice per week and last 10-14 weeks depending on the program. Click the links below for more information.

DISTANCE TRAINING

Bridge Class: 7-week training program (March - May) for beginners and more experienced runners looking to stay in shape or improve their fitness between groups.


LOCAL RUNNING CLUBS

The Golden Valley Harriers

A RRCA member running club that meets at Fleet Feet Davis three times a week for group workouts (appropriate for front half of the pack runners to local elites who train to race competitively and often. Average Training Pace: 6:00 to 8:00 minutes/mile).
