NoBo FIT Summer Program focuses on WHOLE body fitness to support a healthy and injury-free introduction to running. Classes meet twice a week with one workout dedicated to strength, agility, core, balance, and flexibility drills while the other workout is a run building up to a 5K or 10K distance. While the class is designed for beginners, we can accommodate more advanced levels of fitness by offering modifications for those participants who need a little extra challenge!
